Defy the stereotype!

Everyone knows it, lazy, good for nothin, out of shape, stoners. Well you don't have to be like this!! Weed has been proven to have very little negative effects to general health, especially in moderation. You can smoke weed and be healthy.

To start, don't let the munchies skew your eating habits. Instead of going to Mcdonalds or Taco Bell, go to the grocery store and buy some fruit, vegetables or other alternatives. Get creative, pre-make peanut butter and jelly sandwiches or egg and cheese, whatever you like to eat!

When you smoke, instead of sitting around on the couch staring at a tv, go out and do things! Play sports, swim, do anything that you normally like doing. WEED MAKES EVERYTHING MORE FUN!! My friends and I usually go play basketball, ride around and hit cars with oranges(would not recommend), go to the beach or pool, or just go on random adventures. I hate sitting around doing nothing, experience life!
